Making complex products clear (miscea)
Building the bridge between a technical product, its market and the people who need to understand it.

At a glance
Selected work from an ongoing product marketing role: translating technical detail into B2B campaigns, launch stories, short-form video and web content that support organic visibility and engagement.
01 / The context
The product was strong. The story needed focus.
miscea’s professional hygiene systems combine technical features, operational benefits and multiple product configurations. The design challenge was to help a specialist B2B audience understand one useful idea at a time while keeping every touchpoint recognisably part of the same brand.
02 / My contribution
Product marketing from message to publication.
Beloved turns product priorities into customer-focused messages, campaign concepts, social assets and short-form videos, then prepares the work for publication. Recent activity includes communicating the Gen4 Waterbox improvements, supporting the miscea LIGHT product spotlight and shaping product-led stories for LinkedIn and web touchpoints.
03 / Content strategy
One message, one hierarchy, one reason to care.
Each piece begins by choosing the product benefit most relevant to a professional buyer. A clear hook earns attention, the content hierarchy makes technical detail easy to scan, and a repeatable campaign system builds recognition across posts, video and web touchpoints.
04 / The outcome
A system the team can use across channels.
Consistent product-led publishing and audience engagement helped support organic visibility around Beloved’s current LinkedIn network of more than 115 followers. The same messaging system extends into launch videos and website presentation, giving the team a clearer story across customer touchpoints.
